Last updated: June 1, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains what information FEMACRO collects when you use femacro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim for plain language. If something is unclear, write to vrodriguez@femacro.com. WHO WE ARE FEMACRO is a Spanish-language financial media brand broadcasting from the New York Stock Exchange. The site is operated by Victor Hugo Rodriguez. Our editorial content covers markets, the NYSE, and the firms that move them. WHAT WE COLLECT We collect three categories of information, and only what you give us directly: 1. Newsletter signup. When you subscribe, we store your email address, your preferred language (English, Spanish, or Portuguese), and the page where you signed up. 2. Contact form. When you write to us, we store your name, email address, message, and language. 3. Sponsorship inquiry form. When a firm reaches out about partnership, we store the firm name, your name and role, your work email, your area of interest, your stated budget range, and your message. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run advertising. We do not maintain hidden profiles of visitors. HOW WE USE IT We use what you submit for one purpose only: to respond to you. Newsletter addresses receive a confirmation email and future newsletter content. Contact and sponsorship messages go to our team inbox so Victor or an editor can reply. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside the third parties listed below. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS We use third-party services to run the site. Each one only sees the data necessary to do its job: — Airtable (airtable.com) stores form submissions and editorial content. Based in the United States. — Resend (resend.com) sends and receives transactional email on our behalf. — Slack receives internal notifications when forms are submitted, so our team can respond quickly. Slack only sees what's in the form payload. — Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the website. Vercel Analytics gives us anonymous page-view counts — no cookies, no individual tracking. — Cloudflare Turnstile provides bot defense on the three forms. Turnstile may briefly examine your IP and browser environment to confirm you're not a bot. It does not set persistent cookies and does not build a profile of you. — Sentry collects technical error information when something on the site breaks. Errors are anonymized; we do not store form contents in error reports. — QuoteMedia provides the live market quotes and charts. QuoteMedia widgets may set their own cookies; consult QuoteMedia's privacy policy for details. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact and sponsorship records are kept while the relationship is active and up to two years after the last interaction, after which we delete them. Anonymous analytics are kept for the lifetime of the account. YOUR RIGHTS You can ask us at any time to: — Show you what data we have about you. — Correct anything inaccurate. — Delete your record entirely. — Stop sending you the newsletter (or click "unsubscribe" in any email). Write to vrodriguez@femacro.com with the request. We aim to respond within five business days. If you're in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — we will honor those rights regardless of where we operate from. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Airtable, Resend, and our other processors maintain their own security certifications (SOC 2, etc.). We do not store credit card information at all. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If we update this policy in any material way, we'll note it on this page and update the "last updated" date above.
